1. Restart the game. Sometimes purchases take a few minutes to process. Closing and reopening the app often resolves missing items.
  2. Check your connection. A weak internet connection can delay delivery of purchased items.
  3. Verify the charge. Make sure the payment was successfully processed on your platform:
    • Apple App Store (iOS): Check your purchase history in your Apple ID settings.
    • Google Play (Android): Check your order history in the Play Store app.
  4. Contact support. If the item still hasn’t appeared after confirming payment, please Contact Support and provide us as much detail as possible, including your purchase receipt, player ID, and approximate time of purchase so we can investigate.
