If your purchase didn’t go through or you didn’t receive confirmation:
- Check your payment method. Make sure your card, balance, or payment account has enough funds and is in good standing.
- Confirm the transaction status.
- Apple App Store (iOS): Visit your Apple ID purchase history to see if the payment was processed.
- Google Play (Android): Check your order history in the Play Store app.
- Wait a few minutes and restart the game. Sometimes purchases are delayed due to network or platform processing.
- Avoid retrying too quickly. If you didn’t get confirmation, wait a few minutes before trying again to prevent duplicate charges.
- Contact support if unsure. Provide your player ID, time of attempted purchase, and any payment receipt or error message so we can help verify the transaction.
Note: If no charge appears on your Apple or Google account, the purchase likely didn’t complete and no payment was made.
