Your Player ID uniquely identifies your account and purchase history. Including it speeds up troubleshooting—especially for missing items or billing issues.

You can find your player ID on the home screen of the game by clicking on the "Gear" icon.

Your player ID is the first item there, you can press the copy button to copy the ID and paste it into the support form.

Alternatively, if you contact us through the app, your player ID is automatically included.
